Arunachal Pradesh requires an Inner Line Permit (ILP), and Bum La Pass and Madhuri Lake need special permits subject to weather and road conditions. Sela Pass is a high-altitude pass affected by snowfall. Kaziranga safari depends on park regulations and designated zones.
